MISSION

Aims to produce proficient and productive manpower in the areas of Science and Technology and Vocational Technical Education towards the attainment of an improved quality of life of all stakeholders in this part of Caraga region, the Philippines and abroad.

VISION

To establish SNCST as the center of excellence in human resource development in the areas of Science and Technology, and Vocational Technical education whose graduates could constructively meet the challenges of global competitiveness in the 21st century.
